How to Get a Medical Marijuana Card in Arkansas

Meet with the doctor via phone or computer.
You must be 18 years of age to be a qualifying patient. Otherwise a caregiver can give parental consent. Before your appointment, you should print a blank copy of the Medical Marijuana Physician Written Certification form.
Submit your registration through the State's website
Submit the completed Medical Marijuana Physician Written Certification along with a registration fee to the Arkansas Department of Health. You must have proof of residency. Applications can take 10-14 days to process. Once approved, you will receive your cannabis card.
Visit a dispensary in Arkansas to obtain medical cannabis
Once you have your medical marijuana card, you may purchase cannabis products from one of 33 dispensaries throughout Arkansas. You must remember to bring your medical marijuana card and your arkansas driver’s license or other valid state identification (id card). You may purchase up to 2.5 ounces of medical cannabis from a cannabis clinic every 14 days. No follow up is required.
